Heat-treated glass features power and safety characteristics with a fracture pattern that ensures that glass is broken into small pieces instead of large or sharp pieces. There are two types of Securite glass which the company produces

 (Tempered) -
 (Heat Strengthened) -

Tempered Glass: is a type of glass that is heated in special furnaces to a maximum of 600 degrees. After exiting the kilns it is cooled at a high speed to obtain a stronger hardness than ordinary glass (5:10) times

Heat Strengthened: Resists moderate wind strength and is heat resistant, shock resistant and impact resistant. It is much stronger than normal glass and has a double  glass bearing strength.
